1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Domain Auctions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. One account may act as both a buyer and a seller.

3. Listings and verification

Sellers must complete domain ownership verification before a listing can be published. Domain Auctions may remove a listing at any time if verification cannot be confirmed or is later found to be invalid.

4. Bidding and sales

Bids placed on the platform are binding commitments to purchase at the stated amount if you win. See the Auction Rules for how bidding, proxy bids, and auction closure work.

5. Domain transfer

Domain Auctions facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers after a sale closes. The actual domain transfer is arranged directly between the two parties.

6. Fees

Any applicable platform fees will be disclosed before you list or bid. [Placeholder — fee schedule to be added.]

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not misrepresent domain ownership, manipulate bidding (including shill bidding or collusion), or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

[Placeholder — standard limitation-of-liability language to be added by legal review.]

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent via the Contact page.
